Inactivated Yeast Hydrolysate for Better Health and Performance
Prebion is yeast extract of the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is composed of lysed yeast cell produced by thermolysis, thereby killing the yeast cell while leaving the endogenous enzymes undam- aged. The enzymes within degrade the yeast cell, releasing its contents and further degrading its proteins into amino acids.
The mode of action is to enhance digestive and fermentative functions of the GIT, while modifying activities of the GIT microflora, enhancing immunity, binding to toxins and enhance productivity.
Composition:
Rich in amino acids, vitamins, mannan- oligosaccharides, alpha- and beta- glucans and nucleotides.
